PSAC Prairies Convention 2023 – June 11 bulletin

On the last day of the Prairies Convention, delegates re-elected Marianne Hladun as Regional Executive Vice-President and continued to debate the resolutions that will guide our union over the next three years.

Convention guests, delegates, and observers also raised over $2,000 for Lulu’s Lodge, an organization that provides supportive transitional housing to at-risk LGBTQ2S+ youth in Regina.

Kathy Ajram was re-elected as the Prairie Region Council Racially Visible Representative and Krysty Thomas was re-elected Alternate Regional Executive Vice-President. The full list of Prairie Regional Council members and alternates is available here, contact information will be posted soon.

On Saturday night, the Prairie Voice Award winners were announced at the Prairies social.
