Ted and Marianne spoke about the history of the Committee and the need to have the Committee active again
Discussion around how the Charter for the Committee lapsed due to inactivity and will need to be re-approved by AEC. Wyatt will be contacting CEIU for letter of support.
Elections took place. New Committee executive as follows:
Chair: Wyatt Delbridge (nominated by Brittany Thiessen, seconded by Megan Duffy)
Vice-Chair: Craig Adolphe (nominated by Wyatt Delbridge, seconded by Kaitlyn Pyett)
Secretary: Kaitlyn Pyett (nominated by Brittany Thiessen, seconded by Craig Adolphe)
Treasurer: Brittany Thiessen (nominated by Craig Adolphe, seconded by Wyatt Delbridge)
- Oath of Office will be administered once the Charter is re-established.
- The executive was encouraged to attend the PRC committee training
- Rep will follow up with a meeting to discuss roles and responsibilities and how to move forward
