Call to Order: Meeting opened at 7:05 by Mona

MAWS -Political Action Letter campaign
Survivor’s Hope -Political Action Letter campaign
It is the intent of the WRWC to complete this letter writing campaign in Spring 2023. Mona will draft the two letters. We will send them to the MLA’s and MP’s as appropriate with the number of PSAC members in each riding to be included in the letter. WRWC Members and Area Council will also be asked to address each letter and send individually as well.

Budget – Faye and Mona will work on the Budget and Annual Report to be ready for AGM in Jan.
AGM Hybrid Meeting – Discussion on the 23 Jan 23 AGM as Hybrid meeting.
Start time was discussed and agreed to hold a supper meeting at 5:30pm in the PSAC board room.
Nicole will order food using a small business rather than a corporation.
Mona will get Tracy the Agenda to be sent out before Christmas Break.
