Hello All

Ever since Shaun stepped down it has been an adventure taking on the Separate Employer Rep position. In October along with the DCL Rep, Michelle Lang, we hosted the first and hopefully more of these separate employer and dcl conferences. It was a fantastic opportunity to get together and for us to discuss our issues and find out what works for us and doesn’t.  Our issues are similar to our federal brothers and sisters of the union. But having the provinces in charge helps things to be even more challenging in PSAC

I have been participating in the Prairie Regional Councill in person and teleconferences representing us as well.   One of our members who was at our conference has created an Separate Employer/DCL Facebook page on his own. If you are interested please let me know at: quennew@psac-afpc.com
