Valerie Illingworth was re-elected as the Northern Saskatchewan Geographic Rep at the PSAC Prairie Region Triennial Convention in April 2017, after first being elected in a by-election in June 2016..
Starting through PSAC training courses, Valerie has been involved with the union for four years and has held the positions of 2nd Vice-President and Chief Shop Steward.
She is currently enrolled in the University of Athabasca Labour Studies Program, an Alliance Facilitator and a graduate of the PSAC Union Development Program.
Valerie has worked for the Canada Revenue Agency for over 10 years. She currently lives in Warman and works in Saskatoon.
