PSAC Prairies extends our deepest condolences to the families, friends, and communities of Morgan Harris and Marcedes Myran.
We also wish to thank the Manitoba government for its steadfast leadership in initiating and supporting the humanitarian search that has led to the recovery of Morgan Harris and Marcedes Myran’s remains. This mission is being carried out in partnership with the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs and with the support of the federal government.
PSAC Prairies remains dedicated to working with our Indigenous members, activists, and communities to drive change and pursue true justice. We continue to call on all levels of government to come together and take meaningful action in implementing the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s 94 Calls to Action and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
