The overturning of Roe v. Wade reminds us that the struggle for equity is alive and well. We stand in solidarity with US allies fighting against this draconian SCOTUS decision.
As millions of Americans lose their constitutional rights to abortion, we want to remind Canadians that 2SLGBTQIA+, indigenous, racialized and marginalized people, and people living in remote locations continue to struggle disproportionally in accessing basic reproductive health care, including abortion, birth control, health education, gender-affirming care, and family planning.
We must and can do better and we will continue to demand reproductive justice for all.
