Phillip Chan was elected as the Racially Visible Rep at the PSAC Prairie Region Triennial Convention in April 2017.
Phillip has been involved with the union for five years and has held the positions of Local President and Human Rights Rep and is currently the Treasurer of the Calgary Area Council.
Phillip has been in the federal government for five years and is currently employed as a Field Interviewer for Statistics Canada.
