We are pleased to inform you that the PSAC Prairies staff have begun a gradual reopening of the Regional offices. While we are excited to open our doors once again, we wanted to communicate some of the processes and procedures which will be in place to ensure the health and safety of our staff, members, and guests at our offices. To this end, please read the following carefully to ensure compliance and as always, we are here to answer any questions.
We respectfully request that any member wishing to meet with a PSAC staff member, attend the office to pick up supplies or drop something off, to call the Regional Office to schedule an appointment to do so.
Bookings for use of the PSAC Boardroom will begin after May 15th, at which point please contact your local Regional Office. Please note all PSAC Prairie Regional boardrooms have a reduced capacity limit until further notice. To ensure the desired space will suit your meeting needs please inquire with staff regarding capacity when booking.
Masking and proof of vaccination continues to be required and will remain in place until further notice. This will be required for all persons coming into the PSAC offices boardroom or attending a PSAC indoor function at a third-party venue. To maintain the mandatory wearing of a mask, there will be a no food or beverages permitted/consumed in the meeting space while using the boardroom or meeting in the office. Masks will continue to be available at the Regional Office for your convenience.
Additionally, we have a process in place for people who are unvaccinated with a valid medical exemption. Please contact the Regional Office and discuss this process with staff prior to your visit.
