 Minutes of the July 14, 2010 was read 

  1. Area Council proposed budget
  2. The 2011 proposed budget was discussed and agree upon.
  3. The 2011 proposed budget will be presented to the members at our AGM on October 13, 2010

 

  1. By-law changes:
  2. There were no proposed By-law changes presented by the membership.
  3. The draft By-law, as based on the PSAC template for Area Councils was review and approved by the executive.
  4. The proposed By-law will be presented to the Council as a whole on October 13, 2010 meeting.
