• Financial Statement Discussion / SDAC in good standing

New Business

• Pride parade – SATURDAY, JUNE 22 @ NOON
  o THEME: One Light, Many Colours
  o Budget allotted: $425
  o Members to please Canvas with other members within their locals to gauge
  engagement numbers
  o Registration for parade – do we want to use a vehicle?
  o Organizing required prior to – volunteers needed for a subcommittee for a couple of
  meetings – Need to get psac flag and swag

Summer snack program (july-august)
o SDAC has not participated in the program for many years, however used to be quite
active.
o Weekend volunteers? Can speak to SDLC and Ask if volunteers are needed. Weekend
location and times are below.

▪ Westmount Park 12:00 – 12:25
▪ Mount Royal Park 12:30 – 12:55
▪ Meadowgreen Park 1:00 – 1:30
