Grievance Handling, November 18 & 19, 2023 (In-Person, Calgary)

This two-day course is designed for union stewards and other local executives and will develop participants’ knowledge, skills, and confidence in effectively solving problems at the workplace. A major portion of time will be spent on the relevant technical skills i.e. identifying, investigating, writing up, and presenting grievances. We recommend taking TUBs before attending this course.
