- Previous business:
- Balance Owed to A Greer – Addie advised she does not want to be reimbursed for the supplies. CHARTER OF HUMAN RIGHTS POSTER.
- CHARTER OF HUMAN RIGHTS POSTER to continue and be mailed out in the coming year as it is still delayed due to covid. Helford Hide / Suede string to be bought but the committee along with postage.

- Vote on Past 2021 Budget
- Discussed and passed by those in attendance.

- HRC summary corrections
- Discussed with those in attendance, actions have been completed
- Possible PRC meeting in Edmonton 08feb2022
- Liaise with regional women’s and Area Council provided we have the space and capacity. Could do a meet and greet if covid measures allow.
- Land Acknowledgement for meetings
- “I acknowledge that I live and work in Treaty 6 territory and that the land is the traditional gathering place for diverse Indigenous peoples including the Cree, Blackfoot, Metis Nakota Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, Ojibway/Saulteaux/Anishinaabe, Inuit, and many other whose histories, languages and cultures continue to influence our vibrant community.”
- This is under review but will be read as is until approved at the beginning of the meeting.
