5. Chairperson’s report presented by Kelsey Dreaver
- I would like to start by acknowledging Prudence McKenzie stepping down as the chair and I am sad to see her go.

This year we had a few activities planned but were unable to do yet as we had some issues with missing information, but that is all dealt with now and we are back in good standing.
Some of the activities we had planned are:
– Maintaining the medicine garden located at Jesse’s Garden, located 17 kms west of Prince Albert.
– Cree word bingo
– Medicine walk
– Approached about participating in Project Heart Spirits
- Cheryl Ring is the organizer and is willing to do workshops for up to 10 people session, each month at $500.00 a workshop. ($8000.00 total). This a collection of handmade clay hearts to honour an Indigenous woman or girl who is missing or murdered. The display is being permanently hung at the RCMP Heritage Museum in Regina.

Together as an executive, we will plan more ideas and activities for the following year that we can do as a committee, and of course, we are open to ideas from everyone. I look forward to the next year planning and attending events, and I would thank the executive and the membership for attending and participating.
