Virtual Grievance Handling

This three-day course gives new stewards essential knowledge for handling Level 1 grievances.  Participants gain a better understanding of how to work with members at the initial stages of the grievance procedure, and how to mobilize members around workplace problems.

We recommend having access to a computer with a camera and reliable internet to make the education experience more interactive and enjoyable. Loss of salary will be provided if required.

Talking Union Basics course is the pre-requisite for all advanced PSAC courses.
