During this four-hour introductory workshop participants will gain a basic understanding of labour history in Canada. They will leave with an understanding of what a collective agreement is and an overview of a few key articles. Participants will leave with a basic overview of what your rights are under the law and how you can participate in labour within your community, workplace, and union.
