Manitoba Mini School for Union Stewards (Manitoba)

New this year- Mini Union School for Manitoba Stewards! This 2-day course is dedicated to Union Stewards. If you are a new steward or are looking to gain some additional skills to become a steward, this mini school is perfect for you! You will gain skill development through such topics as defining your role as a steward, stewards as problem solvers + communicators, human rights and health and safety in the workplace, working through conflict, and building our Union. This will be a valuable networking and learning experience for members.  Participants will come away feeling more confident in their role as a Union Steward.
