Local Officer Training (In person, Winnipeg)

This 2-day course will bring together Local Executive members from different Locals for skill development and knowledge building. Local Executive members will learn to work more effectively by developing an understanding of their roles and responsibilities.  The course will introduce alternatives to assist with decision-making processes, and help participants develop the tools necessary for managing Local workloads more effectively. This is the perfect opportunity for members who are new to a Local exec role.
