Intro to Local Officer’s Training – Northern Saskatchewan (In Person)

This in person training provides Local Officers the essential knowledge and skills for upholding their Local responsibilities and building a strong union. 

Participants learn:

• How an effective Local functions;
  Roles and responsibilities of the Local Executive;
• How Executives can work well as a team, engage members;
• Deal effectively with management;
• Definition and use of consensus for decision making, and
• To define consultation in terms of how the process can deal effectively with key issues between the parties.
