In this 90-minute webinar, we will take an introductory review of the guiding legislation for addressing workplace violence, including definitions and examples of bullying and harassment. We will review the precautions that must be put in place, the employer responsibilities, and the resolution methods in the workplace. We will explore the concepts in an informal and interactive virtual setting and is open to all that are looking for a basic understanding to ensure all are safe from psychological and physical hazards. For those members that are provincially legislated, such as those in the academic sector and gaming, please keep an eye out for a recording from the Directly Chartered Local/ Separate Employer Conference that will be available to all.
