Workers Engaging in Democracy (Pan-Prairies, Virtual)

Democracy Happens when Workers Have a Voice.  When laws are drafted, when policies are enacted, when political decisions are made; are workers needs and perspectives respected? After all paid vacations, strike protections, pay equity did not happen without workers’ voices.  This course will look at historical, political, and union perspectives that will leave you with a better understanding of the strength Workers have when they engage in Democracy.
