Duty To Accommodate – An Evolving Conversation (Virtual, Pan Prairies)

This course examines the role of employers, unions, and workers in meeting the “Duty to Accommodate”.  Participants will learn about the legislative basis as well as the practical application of the duty to accommodate.  The course will explore case law, and assess measures the union can actively promote to ensure a more accessible workplace for all.

This is a 1 day course.
