Simon Pazdor Bio

Simon Pazdor was elected to his first term as Young Worker’s Rep at the 2026 PSAC Prairie Region Triennial Convention.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and currently works as a Senior Human Resources Assistant. In this position he is responsible for staffing and data entry. He has been active in PSAC for 7 years and first became involved when working conditions were not great and he knew he needed to step up and make improvements. He has previously served as his Local Vice-President and is currently his Local’s President.

As a Young Worker, Simon is looking forward to listening and responding to the needs of the region. However, when Simon isn’t busy with union business, he enjoys hockey, movies, video games and spending time with his pets.
