  11. Theme: One Light, Many Colors 
  12. Budget allotted: $425. 
  13. Members canvases other members in their respective locals to gauge interest. Extend invitation to friends and family to participate. 
  14. Applied for a motorized float. 
  15. Call to organize sub-committees for planning events. 
  16. Need to get PSAC flag and swag. 
  17. Summer Snack Program (July – August) 
  18. Transport from a central location requires about 1hr 30min dedication.  
  19. Timeline from school end to school start. 
  20. Call out for volunteers and organize a day for all SDAC members to go as a group.
