Adoption of previous minutes were reached by consensus.
Changes, Additions, adoption of today’s Agenda. Reached by consensus with no changes or additions. - Treasurer’s report:
Financial report as given by Devina: September 2022 was the most recent bank statement available. Opening balance = 2153.26 with no expenditures, nor monies received. Closing balance = 2153.26. We also have accumulated 81.25 in common shares. - Steve gave an update from PRC on attending the most recent meeting in Ottawa:

- New business:
- Update on Autism Edmonton potential speaker on Neurodiversity speaking event. Jessica was unable to make it to the meeting, so her update will follow at the next meeting to be held on Dec 7, 2022.
- Charmaine would like to order 40 small booklets of the 94 Calls to Action, under Truth and Reconciliation. They are 7.35 each. =294.00 which includes taxes. and are published by the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation. All at today’s meeting to vote on this. If the group reaches a consensus re: this is something we would like to have for our upcoming year-end Committees Meet and Greet with Potluck, then Charmaine will bring the request to Marianne for permission to release committee funds for this previously not requested purchase. Vote taken, outcome: Unanimous approval. Carm will find out if other committees would like to join us to order some of these booklets and then assist in ordering for everyone.
- Select a date to see the Indigenous Exhibition at Ikea Edmonton, arranged by local Edmonton Indigenous Artist, Lance Cardinal. Theme: Indigenous Medicine, picking protocols, and Cree words. Group Decided on Dec 3, 2022 from 11AM to 2PM
