In accordance with Resolution of Record #4 in the Prairie Region By-Laws, the Finance Committee’s Report to the Prairie Region Triennial Convention is to be distributed to all appropriate bodies at least two (2) months prior to the Prairie Region Triennial Convention. As such, the Finance Committee’s documents, including Prairie Region budget and finance resolutions committee report were posted below on February 21, 2017.
The complete resolutions package (posted below in PDF format and included in all convention delegate kits) includes:
- 2018-2020 Prairie Region Budget
- Report of the Finance/General Resolutions Committee
- Report of the By-Laws Resolutions Committee
- Report of the General Resolutions Committee
These components have been posted individually below and may be downloaded as separate PDFs. Additionally, the Rules of Order have been posted below. They will have to be adopted on Convention floor but are the standard Rules of Order used by PSAC.
Resolutions packages will not be mailed out in advance, however, hard copies will be distributed to all registered delegates and observers upon registration at the Fairmont Winnipeg on Thursday, April 20 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or Friday, April 21 from 7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.. If you require a printed copy in advance, please contact your regional office to make arrangements.
