PSAC Young Workers United!

As the representative for young workers in my region, I have heard time and time again the need for a place for young workers to gather on an ongoing basis. Please help to spread the word to the young workers in your region and encourage them to join the "PSAC Young Workers United!" Facebook group and engage in this constructive dialogue.

Student federation wants Service Canada youth centres re-opened

The Canadian Federation of Students is campaigning to get Human Resources Minister Diane Finley to continue to run Service Canada's seasonal youth employment centres.

National Day of Action events in the Prairies

As part of the Education is a Right campaign students have been meeting with Members of Parliament and Senators, collecting petitions, organising provincial campaigns and will now take to the streets on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in a national student day of action.
