Meeting Minutes
September 14, 2015

1. The meeting commenced at 5:00 p.m.
2. The all-candidates forum for Regina Lewvan is scheduled for September 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. The Italian Club has been booked for the venue. There will be a print ad issued the week prior and an advisory sent out to the media. An event will also be posted to Facebook. All candidates except for the Conservative have confirmed attendance. Brother Mark will prepare signs with each candidates name for placement at their seat on the dais. Sister Marianne will be in attendance to serve as moderator. Sister Deanna will pickup the coffee and Robin’s eggs. She will confirm the approximate amounts to order with the PSAC office on September 28 and order the following day with pickup set for September 30. Sister Deanna can borrow some lights and a timer. Brother Satinder will oversee refreshment setup, Sisters Deanna and Melissa will operate the lights and timer. We will need to ensure there is a seating area for members of the media and also tables for each candidate to place campaign literature on. All PSAC members involved with the event to wear name tags. The name tags will be prepared by the Regional Office. The Italian Club has a sound system which we can use therefore one did not need to be rented. Everyone to arrive by 6:00 p.m. to help with setup as some attendees may be there early and we want things in place.
