Tim Hogan Bio

Tim Hogan was elected Prince Albert Area Council Representative on the Prairie Region Council for the second consecutive term at an Area Council election meeting and sworn in at the 2014 Prairie Region Convention.

He has been involved with his union for 15 years in various positions, including President for USGE Local 40023, Secretary/Treasurer, Vice-President and President for Prince Albert Area Council, and the Alternate RVP for USGE Saskatchewan.

Through his union involvement, Tim has been involved with a number of issues and campaigns. He helped develop a strike strategy for his local including guidelines for members to follow while on the picket line.

Tim is also politically active, and often lobbies his MP for support on issues, campaigns, and matters that affect PSAC members. In the past, Tim has organized meetings with his MP to garner support on the No Zones and Save Our Farms campaigns. 

Tim has worked for the federal government for 30 years and is currently employed as a Correctional Program Officer.
