C-25 -Discussion ocurred no one initially volunteered to take
on the project-Maria volunteered to take the lead until the
end of June. Maria will meet with Oneil to discuss &set
a strategy. Will meet May 26 when Oneil returns to the office.

Convention- Mary questioned the committee's approval of Maria's
expenses. Discussion. Mary asked that her statement be reflected
in the minutes, "If this money is
approved, I will walk
away from the committee with a letter to Nycole."
A member suggested
we request Robyn attend the next meeting with 2 questions being
put to her. Can this motion be ruled out of order? Is the interpretation
right or wrong? Oneil suggested Sr. Shannon has volunteered
to work with the committee in developing more effective ways
to do business. Maria & Barb agreed. Several others moved
on with the meeting. |

Mandate. Raymonde again asked what the Mandate is. Barb read
to her from the Webpage what it is & how we are trying to
meet it. She questioned why others don't come? Discussion occurred.
