Nathaniel Angus-Jackman Bio

Nathaniel Angus-Jackman was elected Alternate Young Workers Representative at the 2014 Prairie Region Convention. He stepped into the Rep position on the Prairie Region Council just two months after Convention when the elected representative moved out of the region.

He has been actively involved in the union for over two years, holding the position of steward in his local. Nathaniel facilitates many of the local orientation sessions and is involved in the devleopment of communication strategies within the local.

Nathaniel was featured in “The Value of Unions” from the award-winning Prairies Video Project sharing his story about why the union is important to him. He also co-hosted the 2014 Prairies Young Workers’ Conference.

Nathaniel has worked for the Canada Revenue Agency for nearly four years and currently works as an assistant program monitor, tracking inventory and production statistics for the division. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Manitoba.
